Tenthros Terms of Service

Welcome to Tenthros. We’re glad you’re here, and we hope our online education platform helps you learn something new every day. Before you dive into the courses, interactive tools, or subscription plans, it’s important to understand the rules that govern your use of our services. These Terms of Service set out your responsibilities and our expectations, and by using Tenthros, you’re agreeing to everything you see here.

We know legal documents can be a bit of a slog, but we’ve tried to keep things clear and approachable. If you’re ever unsure about something, take a moment to read through each section carefully. These terms exist to protect both you and Tenthros, helping ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Tenthros provides an online education platform with subscription-based access to digital content, live sessions, and other learning resources. By continuing to use our website or services, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These rules apply no matter how you access Tenthros—whether on your phone, laptop, or any other device.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tenthros online education services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. It doesn’t matter if you’re a casual visitor browsing our course catalog or a subscriber diving headfirst into daily lessons—these terms apply to everyone who interacts with our platform.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the service immediately. Continuing to use Tenthros means you accept all of these rules, even if you haven’t read every word. And let’s be honest, who really reads all the fine print? Still, it’s important to know what you’re signing up for.

These terms aren’t just a formality—they’re a real agreement between you and Tenthros. If you’re accessing the service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you’re confirming that you have the authority to accept these terms for them. We want everyone using Tenthros to do so responsibly and with a clear understanding of their obligations.

We may occasionally update these terms, and when we do, your continued use of the platform will serve as your agreement to the revised rules. It’s your responsibility to check for updates, though we’ll do our best to let you know when big changes happen.

User Obligations

When you sign up for Tenthros, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in ways that don’t harm other users or the platform itself. That’s the simple version, but let’s get into a bit more detail about what we expect from you as a member of our learning community.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If someone else uses your account because you shared your password—or because you left it written on a sticky note next to your computer—that’s on you. We can’t protect your account if you don’t take those basics seriously.

Tenthros expects students to engage respectfully with instructors, classmates, and staff. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior won’t be tolerated. Our courses are for educational use only, which means you can’t reproduce, distribute, or share course materials outside Tenthros without getting our written permission first.

Prohibited Activities

  • You must not use Tenthros to upload, post, or share content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on someone else’s rights. For example, sharing copyrighted materials without permission or posting hateful speech breaks these terms and may result in your account suspension.
  • Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, interfere with the website’s technical operations, or use bots to scrape content is strictly forbidden. These actions can damage the experience for other users and pose risks to our security.
  • Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use your account—whether for money or as a favor—is not allowed. Each Tenthros subscription is for individual use only, and sharing access undermines the fairness of our service to all customers.
  • You must avoid impersonating any other individual or misrepresenting your affiliation with any entity or organization while using our services. Pretending to be someone else or providing false information can result in immediate removal from the platform.

Third-Party Links

Tenthros’s online education platform may include links to external websites or resources that aren’t operated or controlled by Tenthros. Sometimes these links are included by instructors or as part of supplemental course materials, and sometimes they show up in user-generated content.

We don’t monitor every link, and we can’t guarantee these third-party sites are safe, accurate, or up to date. If you decide to click a link and visit another website, you do so at your own risk. Once you leave Tenthros, we’re not responsible for what happens on those external sites.

We recommend that you review the terms of use and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. Their rules may be very different from ours, and you should make sure you’re comfortable with their practices before sharing any personal information or making any purchases.

In my experience, sometimes those third-party resources are super helpful—and sometimes they’re just a distraction. Either way, Tenthros cannot and does not accept responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any sites outside our own.

Liability Limitations

Tenthros provides its online education platform and all related content on an “as is” and “as available” basis. That means we don’t make promises or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any course materials, instructor advice, or other information you find here.

We don’t guarantee that the service will always be available, run without interruptions, or be free from bugs and errors. Technology is unpredictable, and while we do our best to keep things running smoothly, there will be times when things don’t go according to plan. If the platform goes down, or a course gets delayed, we’re not liable for any inconvenience or loss.

Tenthros will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or special damages that result from your use of—or inability to use—the service. This includes, but isn’t limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury. If you suffer damages because of something related to Tenthros, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  • We’re not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account, unless that access is due to our own negligence or intentional wrongdoing. If someone else uses your account because you left it unsecured, that’s your responsibility.
  • Tenthros makes no warranty that course outcomes will meet your personal or professional goals. Learning is a personal journey, and while we support you along the way, we can’t promise specific results or job placements.
  • If any jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, some parts of this section may not apply to you. In that case, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Sometimes, despite all precautions, mistakes happen or services are disrupted. In those rare cases, our entire responsibility is capped at the amount you’ve paid to us—not more. We believe this is a fair approach that lets us keep Tenthros affordable and available to all.

Changes to These Terms

Tenthros reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we’ll post the revised terms on our website and, if the changes are significant, we’ll try to notify you through email or an in-platform message. Sometimes, changes are just clarifications, but other times they reflect new features or shifts in how we operate.

The updated terms become effective as soon as they’re posted, unless we state otherwise. It’s your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations. If you continue using Tenthros after changes are published, you accept the new terms—even if you didn’t read the update.

If you’re not comfortable with any changes, you should stop using the service right away. We value transparency and want you to feel confident about your relationship with Tenthros, so we aim to be clear whenever we revise these terms. But let’s face it, terms evolve over time as technology and education change, so please check in from time to time.

Occasionally, we may ask you to expressly accept new terms before you can access certain features or continue your subscription. This helps ensure everyone is on the same page and understands the latest rules.

Legal Framework

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Tenthros operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute arises between you and Tenthros, both parties agree to first try to resolve the issue informally. We believe most disagreements can be sorted out with a simple conversation—no lawyers needed.

If informal efforts don’t work, any unresolved legal disputes will be brought before the courts located in the jurisdiction Tenthros has selected as its legal forum. By using our platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts, and you waive any objections to inconvenient forum.

Nothing in these terms prevents either of us from seeking injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in urgent situations. We hope it never comes to that, but we want to be clear about the process just in case. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

Breach of These Terms

If you fail to follow these Terms of Service, Tenthros may take a variety of actions depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation. For minor issues, we’ll usually start by sending a warning or asking you to correct the problem. Everyone makes mistakes, and we’d rather work things out than jump straight to penalties.

However, if the breach is serious or repeated—such as sharing copyrighted materials, harassing other users, or compromising the security of the platform—we may suspend or permanently disable your account. We take violations seriously because they can affect the safety and experience of others.

In cases where we take action against your account, we’ll do our best to notify you by email or through the platform. You may have a chance to appeal or explain your side, depending on the circumstances. But for the most severe breaches, we reserve the right to act swiftly to protect our community. That could mean immediate removal without prior notice.

  • For violations involving payment fraud or criminal activity, Tenthros may cooperate with law enforcement or pursue civil action as needed. We have zero tolerance for activities that put our users or our business at risk.
  • If you believe your account was disabled by mistake, you can request a review. While we can’t promise reinstatement, we do review each case individually with fairness in mind.
  • In my experience, most problems can be resolved with a frank conversation, so if you’re unsure whether something violates these terms, just ask before taking action on the platform.
